We've got your back on warranty claims
We all ride hard, and good gear is built to take it. Every new product we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects and faulty workmanship — and if something goes wrong, we'll help you make the claim. You're not on your own.
Warranty length and terms vary by brand — check the manufacturer's site for specifics, or call us on (02) 4577 5333 and we'll tell you.
How to make a warranty claim
- Start your claim — contact us with your order number, the product, and a few photos of the issue.
- We assess it with you — we'll confirm whether it's a warranty issue and guide you through the manufacturer's process.
- We get you sorted — repair, replacement or the manufacturer's resolution. Warranty claims can take time, so thanks for your patience — we'll keep you posted.
What's covered — and what's not
Covered: manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship within the manufacturer's warranty period.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (chipped topsheet from handle dings, sun-faded topsheets, etc.)
- Impact damage (rails, boxes, stumps, rocks…)
- Damage from improper care or rough handling (jamming tip/tail into snow, gear flying off roof racks…)
- Lost or missing parts, hardware or accessories after delivery.
The fine print
Return shipping on warranty claims is the buyer's responsibility; Trojan or the manufacturer covers shipping on items replaced or repaired under warranty. Outside costs (lift tickets, rental fees) aren't covered. Used and demo products are sold "as is" with no Trojan warranty. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
Play safe — and thanks for choosing Trojan.
