How to Return An Online Order

Online orders can be returned to our store by clicking the Loop Returns portal button below, and following the prompts:

Call us if you need a hand!You may return any product you have purchased from us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 60 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid) or an exchange for a different item. In order to take advantage of this, you can return your item(s) with proof of purchase in person through our store, or by sending it back to our store. Call us for more information.

 

If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, details of our returns guidelines are outlined below. If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.Parcels larger than 1m or bulky items will have to be returned by courier and not our return portal.

 

Returns Guidelines:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase. Excluding any sale items. If the merchandise is returned after the 60 days but within the 365 days you will receive a store credit.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or used.
  • Merchandise must be in sell-able condition. This includes any package the item(s) arrived in.
  • Merchandise much have all original labels, barcodes and packaging where applicable. 

 

REFUNDS

We will issue a refund for the price you paid for the products within 3 working days of the date we receive the returned item(s). All products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition with all labels when possible. The full refund of the goods excluding shipping fees will be processed. Sale items are excluded from 60 Day refunds

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the time of purchase (usually 12 months).  Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.If you think a product is faulty, please contact us and our team will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note all warranty issues will go through the manufacturer and not up to us to decide the outcome. Package your product correctly before sending the item.If returning a product in its box, please package the box to protect it prior to shipping. DO NOT attach shipping labels directly to the box, as if this results in damage to the packaging, it may result in a reduction in your return credit.
