Yes — in wakeboarding, boots and bindings are the same product with two names. Unlike snowboarding, where a boot clips into a separate binding, a wake binding is one unit: the boot is built into the baseplate that bolts straight onto your board. Brands and shops use the terms interchangeably, so don't buy both.
