Before riding, ensure the bindings are properly secured to the board to prevent any unnecessary movement that could result in damage to your boots, board, bindings or even yourself. Ensure that any worn or damaged parts are replaced or repaired prior to using.
Transporting:
To transport your bindings with care it is best to place them within a snowboard boot bag, or a snowboard bag. This will prevent any unnecessary scratches or damage to your gear.
Storing:
Before putting your bindings away ensure they are dry and free of any remaining snow, this will prevent rust or decay from forming. It is best to store your equipment in some sort of bag or enclosed protected capsule.
Cleaning:
To clean the bindings, simply remove any excess snow and wipe down with a gentle disinfectant.

Shipping:

We uses Auspost for Small Orders, which include items like Life Jackets, Ropes/Handles, Snow Outerwear, Boots, Bindings, etc. For Large items such as Snowboards, Wakeboards, Waterskis, Kneeboards, Large Tubes, etc., we rely on StarTrack. We prioritize quick delivery, so all orders placed before 2 pm from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Rest assured, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order's progress. Returns

At Trojan, we strive for customer satisfaction, and that includes our return policy. You have the option to return any product purchased from us, provided it is not faulty, within 60 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. If the item is returned after 60 but within 365 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued. We accept returns of products in their original condition. Customers have the choice of receiving a refund (minus any shipping charges paid) or exchanging the item for a different product.
