What is Trojan Advantage?
The Trojan Advantage is our way of giving back to our community. Maybe there are friends on a powder day? Earn redeemable points from not only purchases, but for other activities online. Earn points to receive discounts off purchases, access to VIP events and monthly giveaways. Unlock the full mountain by progressing from a Green Run Beginner to a Double Black Diamond Hero.

Anyone who signs up to the program can join in on the fun! Even Snowbladers…
How do I earn Points
Earn points through all sorts of activities, like referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the different ways to get rewarded, click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
How do I view my point balance?
You can view your points and compare them with your friends through your account page.
How do I redeem points?
To redeem your points online, use the ‘Points Slider’ that will be at the bottom when you are checking out. Move the slider along to the exact amount of points you want to use on the purchase. The discount will then automatically be applied to your cart.
Is there a limit to the points I can earn?
Nope! We encourage you to earn as many as you can and unlock the entire mountain!
What do ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘canceled’ statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For Example, This will happen if you cancel a purchase. (The points will change from pending to canceled)
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns an order?
Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from the account.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn’t earn points?
It can often sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use points during checkout?
Yep! Just use the points slider at checkout to apply the discount to your cart.
How do I leave the program?
We will be sad to see you go. However, if you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will unenroll you from the Trojan Advantage program and all progress will be lost.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we will happily re-enroll you! However you will have to start from the Green Run level again.

We are always open to feedback. Please get in touch through our contact page with any comments or questions, and we will be in touch.
I have signed up for an account? Can my previous orders be added?
Unfortunately, if you have placed any orders previously without an account, these points will not be added to any new account that is created.
What can I receive with points?
Points are redeemable for any product in store and online, excluding our rental range.
Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points are lifetime rewards! However, your status will be reset 12 months since your last purchase. This may effect your access to exclusive tier rewards, like higher discount codes and bigger point rewards.
What are double point events?
From time to time we like to spoil our exclusive community with ‘Double Point’ events. All orders and points accumulated during this time will be doubled!
Do Trojan rental shop transactions count towards rewards points?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to automatically award points from transactions made in Rentrax. If you would like these points to be added to your account please send a copy of your rental invoice and your loyalty account details to help@trojanwss.com and your points will be manually awarded to your account.
