TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is Trojan Wake Ski Snow Pty Ltd (“Trojan WSS”), ABN 93626084008
2. Promotion Period
The Black Friday Epic Pass Giveaway runs from Thursday 13 November 2025 to Sunday 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older.

Employees of Trojan WSS and their immediate families are not eligible.

To qualify, customers must:

Make a purchase online or in-store during the Promotion Period; and
-
Have an online account or provide full contact details (name, email, and phone number) when purchasing in-store.
4. Entry Conditions

Every $100 spent (AUD) in a single transaction equals 1 entry into the draw.

Example:
-
Spend $100 = 1 entry
-
Spend $250 = 2 entries
-
Spend $1,000 = 10 entries
-
Entries are unlimited — the more you spend, the more entries you earn.

Qualifying purchases must be completed and paid in full during the Promotion Period.

Refunding or cancelling an entire order may exclude the participant from winning or result in forfeiture of entries related to that purchase, at Trojan WSS’s discretion.

Partial refunds will adjust entries proportionally (e.g., if part of the order is refunded, only the value of the retained items will count toward entries).
5. Prize Details

There are 3 prizes to be won in total.

Each prize consists of one (1) Epic Australia Pass for the 2026 snow season (“Prize”).

Each customer may only win one (1) prize, regardless of the number of entries.

Total prize pool value: 3 Epic Passes

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at Trojan Wake Ski Snow headquarters by Friday 6 December 2025.

Winners will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.

Winners will also be announced on www.trojanwss.com.au and/or Trojan WSS social media pages.
7. Verification

Winners may be required to verify their identity and provide proof of purchase.

Failure to provide valid proof may result in disqualification and selection of a replacement winner.
8. General Conditions

Trojan WSS reserves the right to:

Verify the validity of entries and disqualify any that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or obtained via returned/refunded orders.

Cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.

Trojan WSS is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or communication failures.
9. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners.
10. Acceptance
Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
